SHIPPING INFORMATION
- All orders for the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground.
- Note: UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address for your order.
- Online and catalog orders for the continental U.S. are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.95.
- An e-mail with a tracking number will be sent once an order ships.
- Alaska, Hawaii and International orders are subjected to additional shipping fees.
These orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and may be subject to customs fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We can only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from the Leon Levin website or catalog.
- Any Leon Levin apparel purchased through a retail location must be returned or exchanged at the same location.
- All orders will include a USPS return label.
- Damaged merchandise or Leon Levin order errors can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
- Goods returned or exchanged due to the customer's error will be subjected to the cost of postage for the return and/or exchange.
